If your package arrives and there's something wrong, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order at firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking number and receipt and preferably a picture demonstrating the issue. At our discretion, we may refund or replace your order. Because our products are fresh & preservative free, we do not accept returns.
Please note that all our products need to be kept refrigerated as we do not use any chemical preservatives. Do not freeze as this will spoil the product texture. Once you have opened the packaging, please consume within 15 days. We do not accept refunds or replacement requests if the products have been mishandled or stored incorrectly.
